Love Letters to the Land is a new textile project developed through a series of embroidery workshops across the Northern Rivers.

The project invites people to reflect on the places, plants, rivers and landscapes they love, and how we can care for them in a changing climate.

Across three workshops in Brooklet, Lismore and Byron Bay, participants will be guided through simple stitching techniques to create a small stitched love letter to the land. Each piece will contribute to a larger textile artwork by Liv, bringing together individual reflections on place, care and connection across the region.

No embroidery experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
